Health, Safety and Environment are of equal importance to management and employees as other business objectives. We understand that Health & Safety and the Environment add value and improve overall performance.
This policy applies to all stakeholders: employees, directors, customers, suppliers and contractors and will be achieved by ensuring understanding by all, and encouraging shared responsibility, empowerment and effective communication. The following key principles will be applied during Pro•Com’s operations.
Continual improvement within the company –
Continually improve health, safety, environmental and quality policies, procedures and systems. Regular monitoring, audits and assessments will be conducted to ensure continual improvement.
Outreach to all stakeholders –
Promote a culture that encourages stakeholder participation in our planning and decision making and facilitates the communication process with all stakeholders.
Training and Awareness –
Train and educate all employees and directors to allow them to meet all health, safety and environmental requirements while carrying out their objectives
Emergency Response –
Prepare for, understand and respond to emergencies in an effective manner and take responsibility for any environmental, health or safety damage that may arise from Pro•Com’s activities.
Regulatory Compliance –
Comply with and exceed all present and where possible future health, safety and environmental laws and regulations.
